These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client”, “Agency”), and Premium Links Hub (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our link-building packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Premium Links Hub provides white-label SEO services, including but not limited to:
Manual Outreach: Contacting webmasters to secure guest posts and link insertions.
Content Creation: Writing niche-relevant articles for placement.
Strategy: Analyzing metrics (DR, Traffic) to recommend placements.
Pre-Approval: For most campaigns, we provide a list of vetted sites for your approval before placement.
Metrics: We guarantee metrics (e.g., DR 25-45 for Gold, DR 45-80+ for Platinum) at the time of placement. We rely on third-party tools (like Ahrefs) for these metrics and are not responsible for third-party algorithm updates that change these scores after placement.
Content: Unless you provide your own content, we will create content relevant to the target site’s audience.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms: Payment is generally required upfront or as agreed upon in your specific Agency Invoice.
Refunds: Due to the manual nature of our work (content creation and outreach labor), we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon number of links within a specified timeframe, we will issue a pro-rated refund or credit for the undelivered links.
We stand by the quality of our “Private Portfolio.”
1-Year Guarantee: If a link we placed is removed, turns into a “NoFollow” link, or the hosting site goes down within 365 days (1 year) of the placement date, we will replace it with a link of equal or greater value (similar DR and Traffic) free of charge.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover de-indexing or metric drops caused by Google algorithm updates, as these are outside our control.
Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate URLs and Anchor Text. We are not responsible for errors in links caused by incorrect data provided by the Client.
Niche Restrictions: We strictly reject “Bad Neighborhood” niches. We generally do not build links for adult content, illegal gambling, hate speech, or illicit drugs. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our quality standards.
White Label: We act as a silent partner. We will never claim ownership of the work to your end-clients.
Our Portfolio: Our database of 10,000+ website contacts is the proprietary intellectual property of Premium Links Hub. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our contact lists.
Content Ownership: Upon full payment, the ownership of the content written for the guest post transfers to the Client (or the publishing website, depending on the publisher’s terms).
SEO Disclaimer: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is governed by third-party search engines (Google, Bing). While we use strictly manual, white-hat methods (no PBNs, Spam Score < 10), we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or immunity from search engine penalties.
In no event shall Premium Links Hub be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising out of the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Premium Links Hub and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
